LC Roders "Release Pipe Training" Course at Kolon Sporex Gangnam

Today, we’d like to look back on the "Release Pipe Training" session we held with the instructors at Kolon Sporex Gangnam! :)

Last summer, LC Roders had a fantastic time connecting with the amazing instructors at Kolon Sporex,

located in Seocho-gu, who are dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Together, we studied myofascial release training and Release Pipe training 👏

It was actually a rest day for Kolon Sporex, so we are especially grateful to the instructors

who joined us despite their day off.
