Hello, this is LC Roders!
Today, we’re excited to share a fresh blog post about the Myofascial Release Exercise Instructor 2nd Cohort Practical Training, held today (2022.11.12) :)
From 8:00 AM, we were picking up the training materials, setting up the lecture room by 9:00, and then diving into the small tool training starting at 10:00.
The morning was packed, and we finally took a lunch break at 1:00 PM! 🔥
<The Enthusiastic LC Roders Myofascial Release Exercise Instructor Training Course TIME TABLE>
In the first session, the Small Equipment Technique, we joined LC Roders Head Instructor, Trainer Hwayeong Lee, to focus on the “when/how/who/why” of using the foam roller, release ball, and release pipe. We not only practiced using these tools but also learned essential teaching skills! 🙂
Since we're aspiring trainers, it’s not just about knowing how to do it but mastering how well we can teach it!
The second session, “Manual Mat Technique,” covered passive stretching with Yu Cheol-gyu, the Head Instructor from Aqua Balance Association. We learned the core principles of manual mat techniques—key insights for trainers facing various client challenges.
This was a must-complete 1st and 2nd period for anyone aiming to become a top trainer!
Finally, the third session, “Aquatic Release Exercise,” gave us the chance to explore and practice “aqua techniques.”
“Aquatic Release Exercise” techniques aren’t taught by any other education organization in the country!
Knowing a unique technique others don’t? Enough said!
In the field, having one extra technique that others may not know can ultimately become your competitive edge!
